I was talking to a couple people. There's a professor here who used to teach a Bitcoin class. And I said, what? Bitcoin is the most well-known. But Bitcoin is not good for some use cases. So Bitcoin on a per-transaction basis can cost $10 per transaction. On a speed of transaction, it can take 10 minutes to settle a transaction. And that's not a anti-Bitcoin comment. It's just a different strokes for different folks. And the way the internet works, you have different protocols and different technologies that do different things. XRP is very good for payments because it's very fast and very cheap and scales well, Bitcoin less so. But XRP is the open source blockchain that Ripple uses in our technology stack to solve a payments problem.
The Nikkei had a flash crash and quick jump upwards, the most likely scenario for me remains that too. Probably a dump going into the open and then a quick bounce up after that.
