Account freezed Today i was trying to withdraw some usdt and i get a message that i cannot withdraw because my account is frozen. All the other features are working except for the withdrawal feature? A form was sent to my email and i filled out the form and submitted a ticket but this is really stressing me out most of my savings and then some were on the account when it got frozen. Ive been a kucoin customer for over 7 years without issues this is the first time something like this happens. How can i solve this issue i want to withdraw my funds and if it means my account with kucoin is gonna be closed so be it but now im stressing what if i cant have my funds back?!?
