So this is a new clear uap photo that is posted on X , it's real.. you know why? Look how the disk is slightly tilted down, look to the right and you will see a sphere. AKA The Sphere Network. The UAP is looking at the sphere.. #uaptwitter #ufotwitter #thespherenetwork

A small disc-shaped object appears tilted in the sky over a coastal ocean scene, while the post references a second sphere-like shape nearby as part of a claimed "Sphere Network."

Parts of western Newfoundland will also see the first snow of the season between Sunday night and late Monday. Accumulation will be limited to areas inland and over high terrain. That being said, many lower elevations have a chance of seeing wet flakes. #nlwx

Evidence for a Theory That Constrains Empirical Limits Across Complex Networks I’ve posted a preprint introducing Structural Capacity Theory (SCT). It's a framework for estimating how network structure and observed dynamics jointly constrain a systems empirical limit. The theory builds on established work in complex networks (Newman, 2003; Boccaletti et al., 2006). We tested SCT using cross-validation that withheld entire domains from training. The frontier reliably contained maximum rates from out-of-sample systems with performance comparable to repeated random resampling. Estimates were consistent across three learning paradigms. Perturbations preserved performance, falsifications predictably degraded it, and ablations were not able to outperform it.

This is JWST’s microshutter array: 248,000 tiny doors, each just 100 × 200 microns, about the width of a human hair. Together, all of those shutters cover only about 50 cm², yet from 1.5 million kilometers away, they selectively capture light from galaxies billions of
