Previously I was working for 4 years in a smaller company, and even though, I also did not enjoyed it, it was significantly better than my current one. Basically, I quit my previous job, because the salary was way too low for my position, and when I asked for a raise they said that it is not possible, and they do not have the resources. When I decided to quit, I had no other job opportunity, or an offer, but decided to take the chance. I was looking for around 4 months for a new job, and basically the IT sector was so bad, that there was nothing even remotely good. After another month, I managed to find my current position in a incredibly large organization for almost triple my previous salary.
