See, that right there is the issue. What people understand is that the taxes come after the money. So if you have the money, you go spend the money. Now you have a tax liability, but you can't afford the tax liability. This is how people get into debt here with the IRS. What we need to do is preemptively sell all the crypto at cost basis on cold storage or just transfer it from the brokerage account into the trust, the non-grant or irrevocable discretionary complex and more importantly the spend thrift trust. By doing so what that's going to shield us from is a personal tax liability and it's going to push the tax liability onto the trust. So now the trust has the tax liability and can file the 1041 unlike your business which would file a 1040 this files a 1041 and the 1041 can defer the taxes by allocating it to the corpus all for the benefit of the beneficiaries. Basically what all of that means is that you can keep every penny of the money liquid and you can defer the taxes with the IRS and perpetuity, you can go spend the money.
