Weekend viewing: what "harvest now, decrypt later" means for your privacy, and how quantum computing is reshaping digital security. @rcarback , from his talk at last month's @zcash Blockspäti in Berlin [Spoken audio]: So the hardest now to correct later problem is we could take encrypted encrypted data today Like the Zcash transaction the shielded gzip Zpress Zcash transaction that we did earlier the beginning of the talks and We can look at that encrypted data and we can uncover what was happening there after the fact Which all crypto kind of has that vulnerability, but typically we say oh, it's gonna be 30 50 100 years that's like a cryptographer gets uncomfortable when you say it's going to be computable in 30 years. They're generally comfortable once you say it's decryptable in like 50 to 100. So it's like that tends to be what most crypto is rated for and it's like 30 to 100. But we're going to be in this period, probably in the next five to 10 years where everything, the previous five to 10 years was it's going to be difficult.

I’d argue that BIP-110 actually acknowledges file storage as a use case and even as a potential threat. But I reject that idea entirely. Storing files on Bitcoin is retarded, and the free market will punish anyone dumb enough to waste their sats doing it.

Dolphin's V2 has an interesting detail with its limit orders —while funds are waiting to be matched, they won't sit idle; they can continuously earn floating yields. Only after the order matches at your set interest rate and maturity date does it convert to fixed yield.

Do you actually get what he just built. A box under his desk that sips $8 of electricity a month and quietly runs a business making $17,000. Same box, $2,500 per client. On repeat. He bought no software and hired nobody. He built six agents on hardware he owns outright and
