You can also check out my course if you want to learn everything about technical analysis definitely head over to my Patreon link down below but let me now show you what I expect in terms of the price targets but first guys there's also some good news that we are potentially very close to a market bottom or either the bottom is already in for XRP because on the three day time frame and also on other higher time frames we are starting to see some signals that are indicating that the bottom could also be in. This is the RSI. You can see a higher low since the pivot from the 26th, sorry, the 3rd of February. And you can see that price made this lower low. So this is a bullish divergence. The signals that the sellers are getting exhausted and that the buyers are gaining in strength. Basically weekends are exiting the market right here and smart money whales, they're scooping up the coins for very cheap. So either the bottom is already in or very close right now so we could potentially maybe see one more lower here and then a potential reversal or we could already reverse from here. That is a very realistic possibility but for confirmation as I said on the monthly we need that break above 130 if we see that then we have confirmation that the lowest most likely and that the next bullish trend or bull market is going to start for extra people crypto on the weekly time frame. So by the end of this Sunday, we need to break back above 115. That is absolutely crucial because if not, guys, let me share the price targets with you that we can potentially expect. And maybe it's better for me to do that on the monthly time frame here. So let me now actually show you these targets. So you can see that we're trading below the trend line and the first major area of support is slightly lower. You could say at roughly 95 cents or so for XRP so roughly at 95 cents I expect massive support from the price maybe a wick lower maybe a wick as low as what is this 70 cents that is a possibility because you can see that a lot of wicks here price got rejected for a long time here in 2023 actually and price also got supported there 2021 and also rejected there in 2022 so the area around 70 to 75 cents could be interesting maybe a wick and then a swift recovery but that is my absolute worst case scenario personally I think either the lowest in or very close but if you want to have that confirmation 130 is the level to break to the upside I'm watching the price very closer right now. Everyone is bearish. We are in extreme fear. There is no search volume for crypto for XRP. We just hit a new yearly low. So yeah, all of these signs together are telling me that either the market bottom is in or very close. Of course, I can't predict that and I can't guarantee that. That's why I'm talking about these confirmation levels that we need to see for XRP. If it doesn't make sense to isolate something, there's no place where gold is worth twice as much as it is now because if there was, people would just bring gold there and they would buy gold somewhere else and they would sell it there. Unless the only way that you can have the value be very different in two places is if there's a lot of friction. And if there's friction, someone will make a business of removing that friction. don't see any realistic scenario where XRP has significantly different value unless something's wrong. Like a good example of a case, there was a time where the value of XRP, they called it the kimchi premium, right, where the value of XRP in some Asian countries is very high. But that was because there were capital controls, right? That was because things were bad. I think that's a sign that something is not going well. The value proposition of XRP is that you can take it to all of the places, right? If I sell you some gold, and you say, hey, this gold can only be used in jewelry, you're like, well, that kind of sucks. I don't want that gold, right? I found another document yesterday anchoring trust and money innovation beyond stablecoins. Talking about Solana, Bitcoin, other ecosystems beyond stablecoins. I found another document from EuroPlace that talks about HSBC as a tier one bank being the first tier one bank to operate tokenized deposits on top of a blockchain network and that is Canton. I found another document that's a patent today with Solana, I think Avalanche is in here and a couple of others. This is the Air Force, the United States Air Force, literally patenting lightweight blockchain based reputation system for unmanned aerial vehicle networks. This is a ridiculous video and you're probably going to get more in this than you're going to probably anywhere else on crypto, Twitter or YouTube today. So first and foremost, you guys know my thesis on this instead of just pure speculation, I'm always going to try to go out there and actually interview these individuals. Chris Perkins again head of Franklin Templeton's Franklin crypto, which is their digital or their crypto unit Which was literally just announced Monday did this interview yesterday morning and here's published today I'm gonna play this short clip and then we'll get into chain link Solana XRP and some of the other documents. I've found it seems like Every big entity on the planet gets it and Understands what's coming. Maybe I'm just curious your thoughts on people that aren't the big entities that are kind of interested in learning more about what's actually happening and how the traditional and the crypto systems kind of converge. It's almost like electronification. I remember back in the day, Bund Futures, they were traded in the pit, and guys much taller than me would be, you know, fighting over a bit of an offer. And then Deutsche Borsa behind the scenes, Eurex developed electronification, and then all of a sudden that liquidity is shifted across. That's why institutions are so scared right now. They know that example. They know the possibilities. And you're going to see the electronic. This is electronification tokenization is Electronification 2.0 and that is the challenge here. His thought processor thesis from a tokenization standpoint isn't just that we're going to kind of see this slow ebb and flow. It's that once things start shifting, it's just going to happen. So really, really interesting. And again, this is Chris Perkins. You can give him a follow Franklin crypto at Perkins CR 97 and please give Genfinity a follow to massive news coming out project Pangea uniting 50 plus banks chain link deeply embedded to rebuild global foreign exchange settlement. This is a new consortium representing $10 trillion in assets targeting t plus zero or essentially atomic settlement right instantaneous, cross-border settlement through Chainlink, CCIP, ISO 2022 messaging, and regulated European and Korean won stablecoins. Now the entities that are involved in this project Pangea, this Chainlink posting this yesterday, 50 plus banks representing 10 trillion assets under management. ISO 20 to two standards. You can see the consortium involved in this as well, some of the aspects. Now, this is leveraging existing Swift infrastructure. What did we just find in the past week? We found Swift's blockchain infrastructure tying directly. Everything flows through chain link, you can go and watch that, that previous video that we did. And yeah, so this says, Project Pangea uses a layer design that connects bank messaging systems to on-chain settlement. A banking layer connecting through SWIFT and ISO 2022. This means that banks don't need to rebuild core systems to participate. The connectivity layer translates those instructions into on-chain actions using chain link CCIP and data. Atomic swaps through Pangea automate a MarketMaker Smart Contracts deployed across Ethereum, Polygon and a dedicated Pangea Layer 1 chain. Additionally, the settlement layer guarantees both currency leg, et cetera, et cetera. $150 billion trade corridor is the first test. You can go and check out if you don't believe me while you can find the interviews yourself or the documents yourself, but the chain link Swift document that I found, and this is through the International Capital Markets Association is telling you exactly how these institutions don't need to upgrade current infrastructure. This is directly from that document. I wonder if there's the actual Lincoln here. Let's see. Yeah, here we go. Another cross chain transaction was synchronized by a ledger the regulated settlement network, which is kind of the next iteration of the regulated liability network and source from out of the UK. This is called Swift Interlinking. The entire system runs through the current architecture that the banks already have. They just connect into Swift's blockchain solution. They use CCIP. That sounds very familiar to what we just read on Pangeo. All right. Anyways, moving forward, guidelines on cryptographic algorithms, usage Key Management 2026. This just came out today, European Payments Council. Not going to go through a whole lot in here, but XRP mentioned a couple of times talking about blockchain networks from the European Payments Council standpoint. Ethereum, Bitcoin, Tether, BNB, so Binance, USDC for payment and investment purposes. This has a number of cryptos are now widely utilized. Notably, the footnote that they referenced down in here is the TPS. Bitcoin blockchain is restricted to a sustained rate of seven transactions per second. Don't think that's going to do it. Ripple and then in parentheses, XRP can process 1700 transactions per second, while international payment card schemes can process over 20,000 transactions per second. But anyways, found this interesting to share. This is a big kind of boring document on cryptographic algorithms, usage and key management, but European Payments Council mentioning XRP, Bitcoin, BNB, stablecoins, etc. I feel like it's still interesting enough. Anchoring trust and money innovation beyond stablecoins. This is kind of a 45 page document of the Bank for International Settlements, talking about the potential for blockchain, however, still wanting control, wanting a lot of this stuff managed through the central banking systems, wanting public permissionless ledgers not being able to kind of run the gamut with this stuff, they talk a lot about maintaining that level of control and a lot of different networks in here. There's like a bunch of them. I know Solana is in here. I think there's like 15, 10 or 15 networks in here, but no XRP in this one. No Hedera in this one. They do a study on, yeah, you can see like arbitrom, yeah, base arbitrom cello, linear, mantle, optimism, ink, stark net, Unichain, other phantom, Solana, Ethereum, BSC, Avalanche, Tron, et cetera, et cetera. That was from yesterday though. I'm not going to go through the Bank of Canada document because there's really nothing in there. Europlace position paper on tokenized deposits. This was just a major, major footnote for, and again, validation for Canton. This is in, this is just today. Just to pause this marking the gradual if you guys aren't aware and I wasn't really familiar with Europlea place either, but about bringing together over 500 stakeholders from the financial ecosystem from banks to insurance companies, asset managers, intermediaries, fintechs into blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, you get it. President of BNP Paribas, president of the Rothschild group, vice president. So I'm pretty sure these guys are qualified to talk about some behind the scenes, suetzy adoption stuff. Anyways, what you have in here that I found interesting under the purview of tokenized deposits is this entire portion here mentioning kind of footnote one, JP Morgan through JPM coin has launched a tokenized deposit representing a direct claim on the bank circulating among authorized clients on both private and public permissioned blockchain infrastructures. DBS, HSBC, and then they flag footnote 1 and Citi are exploring comparable models. Now, in these configurations, the deposit remains a traditional banking liability. You can see where they flag for HSBC right here. Let me blow it up even more for you so you can read it, with HSBC's deployment of its tokenized deposit service on the Canton network. And for the first time, a tier one global bank has moved a tokenized deposit system previously operated within a private bank controlled environment onto a public blockchain infrastructure Canton specifically designed for regulated finance featuring quote, configurable confidentiality by enabling interoperability across institutions and supporting atomic settlement mechanisms, this model introduces the potential for shared liquidity networks rather than fragmented bilateral systems. In this context, Canton should not be seen as a competing monetary instrument, but as a market infrastructure layer capable of orchestrating the synchronization of tokenized liabilities and assets across multiple institutions. If such infrastructures scale, the market could progressively move from a multiplication of bilateral corridors towards network-based liquidity pools with significant implications for correspondent banking, intraday liquidity management, and the structure of cross-border payments. Canton, I believe, is the only digital asset referenced in this Europlace document here. Or at least I looked up XRP and Swift and Solana and some others, but Canton is definitively in here. Um, look guys, this is why it's so important to go and read information out there because there's a lot of narratives out there about the end all be all for certain networks. And if you're not actually going out there and doing the digging and finding the documents, these documents are publicly accessible. You can quite literally do targeted searches. I mean, how did I find this one? Canton blockchain PDF and I searched the past 24 hours, it's right here, literally right here. So you have a lot of people that make up documents in this space, a lot of people that are presenting narratives for any number of reasons to present a narrative, whether it's likes, clicks they once fortified in self belief and philosophies or whatever it may be. But at the end of the day, this is a multi chain future that we're heading towards. And there are networks 1000% that have a ton of adoption that should not be ignored. I don't even care about the investment thesis standpoint. This isn't a bought thing for me to cover this shit. I like looking for stuff and researching, so I will present what I find. Super interesting, though, because I think it just directly goes against a lot of kind of narratives that we continue to hear across this space, and some of the most powerhouse individuals on the planet are reading the documentation that we just read. Lightweight blockchain-based reputation system for unmanned aerial vehicle networks. I didn't find any XRP or Hadera patents today. This one has multiple different networks in it. I think it's interesting enough to share. Obviously take patents with a grain of salt because patents are normally widespread. They're written in a way where it can encompass lots of different networks, things like that. But anytime you see the U.S. Department of Air Force, you can see the current assignee down here. And I actually vetted these out as well. I said, is this legit? Who are these people? I copied all these people. I don't usually use. I should also say, don't trust when people are responding to you with AI to fortify their self beliefs. Like if people are like taking a big thing and then they're prompting it to read things a certain way, you can get AI to tell you whatever you want AI to tell you. I use AI sometimes to just like condense large amounts of information, especially something like this where I'm like, I don't know who this group of people is, you Chen Simeon blah, blah, blah, blah. So now I'm going to flag in NASC and okay, so who are these people, university researchers and then defense scientists. So Air Force Research Laboratory, two of the individuals, Eric Blash, Erica Ardilis and Alex or three, Alex of Ed, one of the guys is a highly decorated senior scientist at the Air Force Research Laboratory and the current assignee as you can see is United States Department of the Air Force. So this is an interesting patent. and not going to go through the whole thing here, but it says lightweight blockchain-based reputation system for unmanned vehicle networks and the networks that are flagged in this are creating a permanent tamper proof and a mutable record. The blockchain can be built on, for example, on the Ethereum platform or another blockchain platform, for example, or such as Solana, Cardano, Avalanche, Polkadot, et cetera, or can be compatible with the Ethereum platform or another blockchain platform Accordingly the network can execute smart contracts using the appropriate blockchain protocols and this is again UAV networks This actually flagged it a little bit more, but still interesting United States Air Force researching UAV type stuff this is another clip as we close out here of Chris Perkins and Yeah, I'll play this one for you guys because oh Wait, where's this one up? Here we go. Let me play this one for you. So this is the There's no more trad-fi versus crypto. It's just one big, it's one market and it's all kind of converging together. Entering this really unique period where you can't choose anymore. You can't do it because it's one tradition. It's one market. It's finances crashing together. And so as I started talking to Franklin Templeton, the foundation has been set, and now it's time to build. Now our clients, and our clients exist throughout the world. They come in different forms and different shapes, but they all have one thing in common. Their boards are asking them, what the heck are you doing in crypto? What is your plan? And previously they would say, I'm doing nothing. And they'd say, great, that's wonderful. We don't want you to touch this stuff. It's way too dangerous. There's too much regulatory risk, blah, blah, blah. now the answer is what are you doing in crypto? And they're like, I better have an answer. And when you look at a company like Franklin Templeton, and as I was onboarding Ryan, the one thing that, you know, I really wanted to emphasize to the team was that it's really, it's the risk guys, it's the ops guys, it's the cyber guys. These are the folks who really bring that edge and allow you to deliver an enterprise solution to institutional clients that have to come into this space because, again, there's no more TradFi and crypto. It's one market. The one thing that he talks about is it's interesting whenever you interview somebody and they're just like a really good public speaker to the point that a lot of these interviews, I will just be honest with you guys, some of the interviews that you get with enterprise or institutional individuals, you have to prep questions and send questions and screen them and and do all this other stuff and make sure the talking points are in alignment and get the interview blessed off and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. This was not that. I literally, you know, I had a couple of talking points that I knew he was interested in. And then I kind of took it wherever we wanted to take it. Nothing got flagged. And he was super open and transparent, even when it came to altcoins, because he talks about alts in this. He's like, what I think is going to set alts essentially loose, but obviously not financial advice. I'm not a financial advisor. this is not a guarantee on any sort of anything. But what he says is like, if you look at Bitcoin, and you look at historic asset classes, and you look at how important derivatives are for markets and futures, and how important futures are for markets, a lot of digital assets and cryptos don't have that infrastructure in place right now. And he wants to see that come about because he thinks that's going to kind of unleash alt in a way that we really haven't seen before. So So again, this isn't a Small Potatoes interview. This is the new head of Franklin Templeton's Franklin Crypto, Franklin Crypto, 1.78 trillion assets under management. Chris put it perfectly. I interviewed Sandy Call a few months ago, the EVP at Franklin Digital, and she was even, you know, it's just so interesting how far ahead of the curve Franklin Templeton has been. I never thought of it this way is that it's risky for them not to. So they're not, they're not, these enterprise institutions, banks, payments, all these entities are not effectively managing risk if they don't adopt crypto. And I thought his answer on why that was was super interesting. I want you to just remember back to July 2025, when everybody was telling you to buy XRP up here at $3 to $3.50, those same people are now telling you to sell down here at $1. Guys, we want to buy here when things are bad, okay? You're either the person buying when things are really good and price is just going up and people are enthusiastic and people are having a good time, right? delusion people were saying XRP was going to 10,000 by the end of the year, right? People were hooping and hollering and having a good time, okay? Are people hooping and hollering and having a good time? No, why? Because we have just capitulated, right? We got our sell signal back here in August of 2025. That came right there around $3 to $3.50. Again, you can't argue with the charts. You can't argue with the data. This thing has gone down for 10 months, okay? Right there, August to June. That's a 10-month period of time we have gone down. That tells us that we have capitulated, right? The people calling for the bear market now, they are 10 months, 10 months too late, folks. And yeah, while things are very volatile in the short term, we know we're getting XRP right now for a fair price. We know it, right? Because what do we measure here? At Overkill Trading, we look at one thing to know if we're getting a fair price. Well, a couple things. The first thing is the mean, right? This is the four-year moving average. The mean, this is just another word for average, that on our chart, on the weekly chart, this is a 200 EMA, a 200 EMA ribbon. So this is the average price over four years. So the average price over the last four years of XRP is 140. Right now, you are buying it according to the last four years at a 23% discount. We never want to buy when prices up off of this. This is when things are really exciting. It's hard to sell up here. It's hard to sell up here when things are good, when everyone's hooping and hollering, everyone's having a good time, everyone's just on fire. If you go back to August, this is when everyone was fired up about crypto. Everybody was talking about XRP. You were probably calling your moms and your pops and your grandma and your grandpa and your cousins and you're telling them how great you are and how they just need to buy because XRP is going to 10,000 by the end of the year. Well, that's great and all. We don't invest off of what we think is going to happen or what we feel is going to happen, we go off the data, guys. We go off the charts. If I'm buying something 60% off of a four-year average, I'm buying it at an expensive price. That's like going to Costco and saying, hey, they have a sign outside that says everything's 60% more expensive. Come on in. And people are just rushing into the store. But as soon as we start going on discount, as soon as prices are below their four-year average, we typically want to buy when the wave is down here given a green dot. We've gotten three of those in the last couple of months. We've gotten three opportunities to buy. We're getting a massive discount right here for XRP. So again, you're either the person buying when things are exciting or you're buying when they're bad.
