The staking of over 5.78 million xWAN on @wanchain_org , in my opinion, shows that people aren't just looking at price movements, but also at the

· 2026-05-30T21:23:14+00:00Cardano is becoming increasingly more connected to Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche & more.. opening up entirely new opportunities! While it's easy to move assets between many other ecosystems, Cardano has often felt like an island That's changing thanks to @wanchain_org ! [Spoken audio]: In 2023, One Chain became the first decentralized cross-chain bridge for Kedano. And today, it links Kedano to many major networks like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Hoverlaunch and so on. And thanks to it, assets can now actually move into Kedano, directly on chain, without the need for centralized exchanges. So let's talk about One Chain and a few options how you can use it on Kedano. Hi, I'm Linda and if you'd like to see more content like this, make sure to give me a follow or support me by sticking to my Malo Pool on Kidano. And remember that this is not financial advice. Always do your own research. Let's say you hold Bitcoin and want to use it in Kidano DeFi. Here's what you have to do. Go to bridge.onechain.org slash asset bridge. Select Bitcoin as the source chain. Then select a wallet. We'll go with a one-time address. address. Select BTC as the asset. Then go to the destination chain and select Cadano. Right below it, enter your Cadano address. Select the amount of BTC you want to send and click Next. Confirm that you won't use any sex wallet in this transaction. And hit Confirm again. Now here you'll need to send the exact amount in a single transaction to the one time address. Click Confirm, then click Confirm again. And that's your BTC is now available on Kidano as a bridged asset. Now, let's move to another example, which is stablecoins. Let's say you have USDC on Ethereum and want to move it to Kidano. You simply go to xflows.onechain.org, connect a multi-chain wallet like MetaMask. Then, on the swap side, select the blockchain and the token, in our case Ethereum and USDC, and type in the amount you want to send. Then select the destination chain, which in our case is Kidano, and the token which is USDC. Below it enter your Kidano address and confirm the swap. Now your USDC is on Kidano ready to be used. While we're at it, another simple but powerful use case is buying ADA while staying fully on chain without using an exchange. So we're still on X flows. For example, what you can do is select Ethereum and ETH on the swap site and choose the amount, set Kedano as the destination, choose ADA as the token you want to receive and enter your Kedano address. And just like that, you've effectively swapped into ADA across chains. Now the real question is, what do you actually do with those assets once they're on Kedano? Well, you have plenty of options, but let me Let me show you a couple. Let's say you bridged USDC. One option is to deposit it into landing protocols like liquid, where you can start earning yield by supplying liquidity to borrowers. It's a very simple flow. Bridge your assets, deposit them and earn interest over time. If you want something more flexible, FluorToken offers a peer-to-peer approach, where users can create custom lending deals using different assets, including stable coins depending on market demand. Another option is liquidity pools. For example, you can bridge BTC or ETH, pair it with ADA on Mintswap and provide liquidity. You will earn trading fees and potential incentives. This is one area where cross-chain assets really shine as they unlock entirely new markets inside of Kedano. But here's the thing. Right now, you still need to choose routes, pick chains and understand what to bridge and where. While one chain is working on an abstraction platform and all the jazz is finding opportunities and participating in DeFi will become dramatically easier. So this is definitely something to watch going forward. If you want to explore it yourself, try a few routes and remember to always stay safe when doing DeFi and always do your own research. So thanks for watching and I hope I'll see you in my next video. Bye!
