. @TokenBrice the liquidity factors impact your score too much. Usdai is a 1:1 wrapper, liquidity isn’t needed when you have permissionless mint/unmint auth. No one will supply LP when you can mint/unmint with zero fees and no slippage

The image shows a Pharos.watch profile page for USDai (USD.AI), a centralized-dependent, USD-pegged crypto-backed stablecoin with a 44/100 score and "D" rating, currently marked as "DISTRESSED" with a $1.0000 price and $173.93M market cap (down 0.31% in 24h). The post argues that the low score unfairly penalizes USDai's liquidity metrics given its permissionless mint/unmint functionality, which makes liquidity provision unnecessary since users can always redeem at a 1:1 ratio without slippage.

"This is the largest build out in history and we don't have enough money for it." @0xZergs from @USDai_Official discusses what the team is seeing in the market right now with the the deals they're funding.

the factors pharos consider are decent but they should stop there. assigning some arbitrary score because of some "methodology" is just BS imo. for example, how neutrl's NUSD has a higher composite score of 49 and above @USDai_Official 's stable is beyond me

The image displays Neutrl USD (NUSD) stablecoin metrics, showing a composite score of 49/100 (grade D), a price of $0.9990, a market cap of $53.39M, and a "Distressed" status tag. It directly supports the post's critique by illustrating how this distressed, poorly-pegged stablecoin received an arbitrary 49/100 score—highlighting the point that methodology-driven ratings like Pharos' can produce questionable rankings, especially compared to more robust alternatives like USDai.

Liquidity wise USDai gets a 77/100 Exit Score thanks to the redemption path already processed what is hurting is the mint authority, V9 is quite intransigent in that regards but with receipts - it's the top cause of stablecoin death this year

Screenshot of the Pharos app showing USDai's Mint Authority rating of 25/100, marked as "Exposed" with 3/5 Safe controls, indicating the platform's primary concern with USDai's restrictive minting authority as referenced in the accompanying post about stablecoin risk.

USDai is suffering from a low binding score on the minting dimension because the setup is... quite unsafe there. NUSD does better on the Control, but is accurately scored lower on Backing and Exit. Scores aren't vibes-ranked; each pillar cites fixed-block onchain evidence
