Wow. Lotta love for β€˜sol-advisor’. Uses GPT-5.6 Sol as orchestrator/advisor and Luna and Terra on Max reasoning as implementers, with their 80% & 20% price reductions. Luna Max is Sol Medium level and Terra Max is Sol High level on AA-Agentic coding. Graph from @rasbt

A scatter plot titled "Artificial Analysis Coding Agent Index v1.1" comparing AI coding agents by Index score (y-axis, ~40-80) and API cost in USD (x-axis, $0-$3,000), showing GPT-5.6 variants (Luna, Terra, Sol) and GPT-5.5 across Low/Medium/High/Max reasoning tiers, with Claude Opus 4.8 and Claude Fable 5 (Max, ~75 score, ~$2,800 cost), plus Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview (High, ~44 score, ~$500 cost). The graph supports the post's claim that GPT-5.6 Luna Max and Terra Max achieve comparable performance to GPT-5.6 Sol Medium and High respectively, but at significantly lower API costs due to the 80% and 20% price reductions, making them attractive as orchestrator/implementer pairings.

GPT-5.6 Luna is basically free been running a goal on max for the last 5 hours and it only used 24% of my limits was sol maxxing everything before but not anymore lmaoo > luna for most tasks > terra for hard tasks > sol only for the toughest ones which model are you maxxing

A Codex Plus subscription dashboard showing 76% of weekly usage remaining with 6 days 18 hours until reset, including today's usage at $26.13 (44.0M tokens), yesterday at $185.97 (307.4M tokens), and last 30 days totaling $593.91 (850.1M tokens). The image supports the post by visually demonstrating manageable token consumption, aligning with the user's claim that the Luna model is cost-effective compared to heavier alternatives like Sol and Terra.

Why are Luna benchmarks like DeepSWE so good? I can't seem to replicate that in practice. What's your experience with Luna & Terra?
