Stretch your income. $STRC

The image is a bar chart titled "Effective Yield" comparing $STRC's 13.97% yield against other income-focused ETFs, with PFF (5.58%), HYG (5.55%), MBB (4.32%), LQD (4.26%), IEF (3.99%), SGOV (3.53%), and VTEB (3.40%) trailing well behind. This visually reinforces the post's message that $STRC dramatically stretches income potential, offering more than double the yield of its closest competitor.

Strc is the right idea but without a real buyback program, it will continue to be volatile. If the only way to limit price at 100 is via massive issuance, sustained periods below 99 will be expected until adoption continues. Entire Strc thesis is predicated on unlimited demand

Strategy changed course just six days after our warning. The company has now: • Paused Bitcoin purchases • Rebuilt its USD reserve from $1.44B to $3.0B • Doubled dividend coverage from 14 to ~29 months • Raised STRC’s dividend to 12% • Sold $466.7M of MSTR and ~3,588 BTC

A chart showing the alignment between our advice and Strategy's actions, marking the Bitcoin purchase pause and cash reserve rebuild as "ADDRESSED," while systematic Bitcoin purchase timing and a disciplined selling framework remain "NOT YET." Key figures shown include $2.8B/24-month cash reserve target, $1.44B → $3.0B reserve rebuild, 12% STRC dividend, $466.7M MSTR sold via ATM, and ~3,588 BTC sales.

The $STRC ponzi is already dead. It can’t be saved…there’s no risk/reward value proposition left Risk free treasury yields are >5% For an extra 8% yield upside you risk volatile 20%+ drawdowns every month. You’d have to be a complete moron to hold this long term

A Strategy Inc (MSTR) Variable Rate Series chart shows the stock declining from around $100 to $85.79 (-2.27%), with the post criticizing $STRC as a "dead ponzi" that offers poor risk/reward compared to risk-free Treasury yields above 5%, given its history of 20%+ monthly drawdowns.

I think the relatively certain reversal signal is $STRC getting back to 100. Now that Saylor has done everything he can—both explicit and implicit signals are out there—STRC is still lingering at the 90 door, which shows that the remaining 10% of market confidence is beyond what

Pledditor @Pledditor · 2026-07-16T21:07:13+00:00

$STRC had soooo many tailwinds these past few weeks that should have helped it recover the peg. -They raised the dividend yield to 12% -They built up the USD reserve to 20 months of dividend coverage -Benefitted from a relief rally in BTC Yet, it's still trading in the mud.

The image shows a stock/crypto tracker for "Strategy" (formerly MicroStrategy) showing the ticker "B" (likely MSTR or a Bitcoin-related asset) trading at $85.42, down $2.36 or -2.69% on the day. The graphic reinforces the post's point about Strategy's struggle to recover value despite multiple positive catalysts—highlighting the disappointing price action of a Bitcoin-related asset amid what should have been tailwinds like a BTC relief rally and strong dividend/reserve coverage.

THE MSTR CALL BECOMES A WEAPON IF THE STRC MACHINE RESTARTS I modeled one MSTR $275 call expiring 12/15/2028, purchased today for $27.55. Cost: $2,755 Breakeven: $302.55 SCENARIO 1: STRATEGY STOPS BUYING BITCOIN 1. Bitcoin: $64,000 → $200,000 2. Strategy buys zero

The image is a payoff chart for an MSTR $275 call option expiring 12/15/2028, purchased for $27.55 (cost $2,755), showing two scenarios at BTC prices of $200K (MSTR $413.05, P/L $11,050) and $250K (MSTR $618.94, P/L $31,609), with a breakeven of $302.55. The chart visually illustrates the post's point that the MSTR call becomes profitable if STRC/MSTR resumes Bitcoin purchases, emphasizing the leveraged upside of the call option.

$STRC will not trade at par until Saylor sells $1B in Bitcoin and does a buyback. This will also keep Bitcoin’s price suppressed.

This visual reinforces the post's claim that $STRC is trading significantly below par and would require substantial Bitcoin sales and buybacks by Saylor to recover its value.

$STRC - $MSTR correlation hit 0.86 this month. In other words, STRC is very closely correlated to MSTR and almost as volatile based on the recent price action. This is not great for digital credit adoption. STRC buybacks are needed to stabilize the price long term.

$MSTR “Our goal is clear: return $STRC to par.” - Michael Saylor Time is one of the most interesting variables in investing. Today marks roughly two months since the $STRC ATM was last active. For some investors, that’s an eternity. For others, it’s barely the beginning.

$STRC : Breach of Trust SATA trades near par despite being risker than STRC. I spent time analyzing about this. Dividend rate? USD coverage? Is BTC being too volatile? Ah! It's TRUST. Strategy now seek to regain YOUR TRUST again. Easy to break trust. Hard to regain trust.

BREAKING: $2 BILLION STRIVE CEO JUST SAID TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS WILL FLOOD INTO $STRC AND $SATA IN THE COMING YEARS "WE WANT TO BUY AS MUCH BITCOIN AS WE POSSIBLY CAN" "IT'S GONNA GET REALLY, REALLY BIG" THE BEAR MARKET IS ENDING, BUCKLE UP JUST IN: $2 BILLION STRIVE CEO [Spoken audio]: digital credit to move into the trillions of dollars. This is a dynamic target, actually. So right now the credit markets is about $300 trillion. I believe digital credits are both SATA and stretch. And I think other players are going to issue digital credit instruments like one pays in pounds, one pays in euros, different risk return profiles. And I just think that they're fundamentally better than almost any credit instrument out there. Now, most credit that's out there is debt. this preferred equity, but it's just structurally better even when you just do the math into what it is. And so that's one hand on like the steady state, but then also the dollars continually being debased, we have a debt crisis, so the credit markets are going to continue to expand more and more, right 300 trillion is not a end state target, it's a, it's a growing, uh, TAM, right. And so ultimately, I think this will be trillions of dollars. I think digital credit is going to be in the trillions of dollars market cap as this ultimately grows and evolves over time. And I think SEDA is going to play a major role in that. Um, and obviously like we don't have a actual goal. We don't have a goal for how many Bitcoin are we going to buy? How big is SEDA going to be? Like we want to buy as much Bitcoin as we possibly can. We want to grow SEDA as big as we can to the degree that we're comfortable with the risk profile of the instrument and and I think it's gonna get really really big.

True North Clips @Truenorthclips · 2026-07-16T17:00:01+00:00

You cannot be bullish on $BTC and bearish on $MSTR . The math does not work. If $BTC goes up $MSTR wins. The balance sheet grows. $STRC holders get paid. The common equity rips. If you think $BTC is going to zero, then yes be bearish on $MSTR . But own that position like Peter [Spoken audio]: If you're bearish on strategy, to be intellectually honest, you have to be like Peter Schiff, which is fine, like you can be super bearish on Bitcoin, but like you can't be bullish on Bitcoin and super bearish on strategy.

Pio talks about the mechanisms to bring back the STRC price to $100 "They can raise the interest rate, which they just did, by 50 basis points from 11.5 to 12. A lot of people are calling for another 50 basis point raise to 12.5. And they can buy it back, so they may buy it back [Spoken audio]: This argument everyone has made, but this is not a stable coin. There is no need for it to trade back to 100. You can just stay here as long as it wants until maybe Bitcoin price moves up. Is that like you have to wait this out or is there a mechanism that is currently in place where the re-peg happens faster than people think or is it just very time-dependent? They can raise the interest rate, which they just did by 50 basis points from 11.5 to 12. a lot of people are calling for another 50 basis point raise to 12 and a half, but there's no indicator yet. I mean, there's no rush. There's no rush to do this. It's still doing what it's supposed to do. It's just down 15 bucks. And then the other thing that they announce is that they can buy it back. So they may buy it back to send it closer to 100 or all the way to 100. So there's a couple of mechanics, but there's kind of like not that crazy of a rush to do it because it's gonna be okay. So it's like the people that are holding it now and the people that are buying it now understand what it is. They understand what's gonna happen with it. They understand where it's gonna go. So let's just see what happens.
