Digital Credit is transparent because the principal market risk factor is Bitcoin, an observable, homogeneous asset. Analysts can assess BTC-related credit risk continuously, and investors can apply their own statistical models to inform valuation and trading decisions. $STRC

84% OF STRATEGY DIGITAL CREDIT HOLDERS DID NOT SELL DURING THE PRICE CRASH 52% bought more STRC or SATA after the dip below par. Monthly volumes for both products topped $10 billion for the first time ever.

Saylor was hoping that $STRC price stability would come from continues demand + algos arbing it back to $100. It did not happen. At least not yet. STRC share buybacks can get the price back to $100 and restore investor confidence. This, in turn, would increase demand and

Wow. Turns out this information is wrong. The effective yield for $STRC is actually 14.02% while $SATA is paying 13.3%... that's insane. Honestly quite shocked at the difference given they both now have ~18 months USD reserves. Daily dividends might be the key.

A table displays preferred stock tickers STRC and SATA, both showing a 13.4% effective yield, with STRC priced at $85.62 on $84M volume and SATA at $96.78 on $8M volume—though the post notes these yields are actually 14.02% for STRC and 13.3% for SATA, highlighting surprising yield differences between the two similarly-reserved dividend-paying stocks.

I'm hearing folks say "Why buy $STRC when $BTC is going to rip more." Let's analyze the upside scenario where $STRC outperforms. Assumptions: 1. STRC at $86 2. STRC dividend $12/yr (no changes, up or down) 3. BTC at $62k At a $12 dividend and $86 STRC price, that's a 13.95%

100% disagree with buying back $STRC just to “get it back to par.” There is no necessity that $STRC trade at $100 - and arguably a flaw in the design that $MSTR made so much hay about it staying pegged there. Probably better to allow it to float between, say 90-110 or 95-105

Zynx @ZynxBTC · 2026-07-09T19:24:37+00:00

This is strange. $STRC and $SATA have the same effective yield despite the latter being further along the risk curve. This tells me that the market is in a state of fear and irrationality. Sentiment for Bitcoin is completely dead and we are seeing that reflected here.

This visually supports the post's observation that both assets share identical yields despite differing risk profiles, reflecting the poster's view of market fear and irrationality surrounding Bitcoin sentiment.

JUST IN: Michael Saylor is doubling down. He said $STRC is set to restart the $2 BILLION monthly Bitcoin buying machine and believes this is one of the best entry points for BTC. Source: The Bitcoin Historian [Spoken audio]: growth expectation. So I think we'll get some relief from the Fed at some point. I think there will be a resolution in the Gulf War at some point. I think that I think that once we get, I think that we will stabilize digital credit and as as STRC returns the par the digital credit machine will turn on and that machine was running at $2 billion a month six weeks ago. So I think as digital credit finds its footing that'll be a catalyst and I think the digital assets industry will find its footing either we'll see clarity resolved and that'll be positive or we'll see clarity postponed and then the initiative will shift back to the SEC and the CFTC and we'll see positive guidance come from Treasury the SEC the CFTC and the industry will we'll search forward again. So I think that all of those headwinds, any of them could become a tailwind or attacking wind for us. And we don't need a perfect set of tailwinds. All we really need is for some of the headwinds to become tackable or for one of those catalysts to kick in. And I think that we'll find a boost from here. So I think this is a pretty good entry entry point. And ironically, this is the best entry point. If you wanted to launch a digital money fund right now, it's a lot less risky to do it with stretch paying an effective yield of 14% below par than it would be if we were actually pegged at par paying 12. And I think it's a lot safer to be buying Bitcoin, you know, at the current price than if you were trading at 90 or 100,000. So I think that this is a good point for anybody building toward the future if you understand the fundamentals of the business and the macroeconomic climate that we're in.
