Β· 2026-07-10T03:07:32+00:00Hey @saylor , I got two questions: How do you feel about $SATA trading at par right now? And why is $STRC not trading at par right now?

Β· 2026-07-10T20:36:28+00:00Something really interesting is going on with $SATA . The short interest data came out today for June 30th. Interestingly, the short interest went down by 10%, meaning about 120k shares were bought back. However, this is in the midst of a HUGE spike in the borrow rate with
Β· 2026-07-10T16:46:00+00:00Competition drives innovation. @ColeMacro "I would love nothing more than Anthropic or OpenAI to start a $BTC treasury strategy..." $STRC $SATA

Β· 2026-07-10T17:25:25+00:00Stick or Twist? Strategy and Strive have a decision to make on whether to increase the yield for $STRC and $SATA respectively. Both products have been unable to trade at par so it will be interesting to see what they do next. I think there is room for yields to go higher.

AI visual analysis: A table comparing two financial instruments: STRC with a 13.9% effective yield at $86.60 and $78M volume, and SATA with a 13.4% effective yield at $96.94 and $8M volume, both trading below par as referenced in the post about Strategy and Strive potentially raising yields on these products.
Β· 2026-07-10T14:42:44+00:00Digital Credit is NOT done evolving. This is V1. Changes & improvements are inevitable. "We're trying to minimize the volatility to the maximum extent possible. Have $SATA trade at $100 the maximum amount of days for the maximum amount of time that we possibly can..." [Spoken audio]: Anytime you have a breakthrough innovation, whether that's a rocket ship, whether that's an iPhone, whether that's mortgage-backed security, whether that's digital credit, I don't think it's fair to expect v1 of that to be the best final form of innovation. That is literally why innovation exists, right? And so you've seen both strategy and strive since we've even IPO'd digital credit, take different steps to improve it. And I think that's something that's likely to continue and evolve and that is something that creates durability. I think rigidity as in you launch a product. So like when we launched SATA, we started with a 95 to 105 range and we've changed that. We started with 12 months dividend reserves. We now have 18 months dividend reserves. The reality is that we're trying to minimize the volatility to the maximal extent possible, have SATA trade at 100, the maximum amount of days for the maximum amount of time that we possibly can. And we're going to listen to market feedback, we're going to listen to data to make changes in innovation. And that makes these products more durable than the opposite. And I think that's what we've seen in every form of financial engineering. And I mean, I think Fong hinted that this is like, why did financial engineering get a negative connotation? Well, probably the great financial crisis, probably because there was excess leverage built up in mortgage-backed securities and non-agency mortgages that weren't backed by Fannie and Freddie. A lot of them blew up and became worth very little, but in any capitalist free market society, you should expect innovation improvements, frankly, some failures. And when I say that is, I think that in any innovation engineering, like if a rocket never blew up, you probably would never make it to Mars because you wouldn't be trying hard enough to innovate on the ideal solution. And so to me, that's a feature, not a bug of capital markets and innovation. And it's a sign that we're moving in the right direction when you see improvements being made.

Β· 2026-07-10T12:32:31+00:00Itβs easier to raise millions with $SATA than billions with $STRC . Also, Striveβs management has been more consistent than Strategyβs. Those are the reasons the market believes $ASST will outperform.
