Here is an answer. I received back today and I wanted to post an update what I found out. Nexo currently holds a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registration, providing a regulated foundation for its operations in Europe. Clients across the European Economic Area will continue to have full, uninterrupted access to Nexo's services beyond July 2026. We are also preparing to share a significant regulatory milestone in early June — one that further strengthens Nexo's position in Europe. More details soon
