Stake pool LSTs (eg: jitoSOL, mSOL) You deposit SOL, it goes into a big pool, and the pool spreads that stake across a whole set of validators, a few hundred in jitoSOL's case. The pool decides who qualifies, sets the bar they have to clear, and moves stake between them over time based on how they perform.
