This is what needs to happen next.... #ICP #Crypto [Spoken audio]: ICP fan, we had $2.40 as our reaction point. That was our 50-day moving average. Price has respected that it's hit it twice. It's had a reaction from that twice. What is likely to happen next on ICP? Let's jump into the charts. This thing is plain like textbook. It's currently trading at $2.31. We talked about in the last video, the significance of $2.19 needing to hold before we got that springboard to push us up towards the 50-moving average. Look where we've tested and look where we've tested twice. The 50-moving average, $2 and $40. Now we get any reaction from this level. We expected a reaction from this level. Is it good? Is it bad? It is good that we've tested the 50. We're not going to push straight through. We knew that because the indicators were overbought. So this is strong. ICP has hit the 50 whilst the indicators remain overbought. So the aim of the game now, we know it needs to become oversold or pullback to give us that springboard to be able to push through. so it might come halfway or it might come full swing but we know by the time that it becomes overbought or by the time that it pulls back and curls over that we hold that high or low and we can start pushing towards the 50 move an average once again hopefully the next time breaking through. So we're going to stick some levels on here now we're going to stick the retracement level on from this swing here and we're going to look for sticking points using our Fibonacci so stick that to the high. Now what we want to do when we're adding our fibs we've got two main fibs the 38.2 which is shallow retracement 61.8 which is a deeper but it's the golden zone retracement 61.8 then you've got your 786 which is the deeper retracement have to admit ICP does love a 786 so what we're going to do is we're going to add in the fibs and we're going to look to see if there's any kind of confluence at this level that's going to build in support for us so we've got the 38.2 we're just going to pull the 38.2 across have we got any confluence? We've got little bits. We've got this candle, this rejection, this wick, another wick, and another wick. So potentially the 38.2 could hold us a support. However, indicators massively overbought. By the time it gets to the 38.2, it's not going to give the indicators enough time to become oversold. They might get a halfway curl, not an oversold. Next thing I want to show you guys is it's breached through the 50 level on the RSI. Remember, when you're above the 50 level on the RSI, you tend to be trade and bullish within whatever trend that you're in. So you could be in a downtrend and you could break the 50 level and in that downtrend that would be a reverse swing where you're pushing up or you could be in an uptrend and then you're pulling back below the 50 and then you're pushing back up above the 50. So this is good, above the 50, we need to maintain above the 50. So the next one we're gonna look at is the 61.8, the golden 61.8, have we got any confluence at this level? definitely got compliments at this level. Massive, massive rejection, rejection, rejection. We had one candle, doji, indecision candle, that fell through. This is a big level. The 61.8% retracement is the next level that I'm watching. $2.23. So this $2.19, that still remains an important point, but we could bring a zone in here now between the 786 and the $2.19. That'll give us an area to fall back on if we lose the 61.8. If we do actually drop and hit the 786, that is still maintained in a high or low structure. However, it doesn't give us that springboard that we're after to try and break through the 50 daily move and average in one swing. So if we pull back to the 38.2, that's gonna give you a high probability of at least testing it once again. If you pull back to the 618, that's the golden ratio, that allows the indicators to come back and then bam, straight through potentially. If you pull back the 78.6, you've got this 61.8 to break through, You've got the 38.2 a breakthrough. And then by the time that you get to the 50 move an average is price going to be exhausted. Are the indicators going to be overbought again? So we've got a couple of scenarios here, guys. These are going to be important levels in the coming days. $2 and 29, $2 and 32. These are the areas that I want to hold an ICP. So there's loads and loads and loads of strategy courses that you can get your teeth into. Link in my description below on that. So firstly, before we leave, we're gonna look at Bitcoin very quickly. And you can see that Bitcoin's pushing up towards its 50 move-in average. So we haven't had a rejection yet on Bitcoin of its 50 move-in average, but it's pushing up towards there. Area to be on Bitcoin in the short term, 64, 679, and then we've got the dominance, which is slowly creeping up. And this is exactly, exactly what we said in the previous videos. It is hitting the point now where we want it to be rejected. It's got a 50 daily move in average. It's 59.05% is the one that we talked about. And when we look left, we can see that this is an area where we would expect resistance. So if we get a rejection here and a push to the downside, that is altcoins outperforming Bitcoin. That means that ICP is likely to have another crack, another crack, it's 50 daily move in average. Because when we break through this 50 daily move in average, guys, this is where things get exciting, the $2.64, because once you crack through the 200, not only if you break the 200 daily move in average, bullish, but if you crack through the 200, look how close we are to this higher time frame channel, which put in highs of $21. So there is a big longer time frame chart here that we're looking at, which is potentially going to be in play at some point during the course of the back end of the year, if we start breaking through these levels, if we start breaking through these levels. So it's important that we do look at Bitcoin dominance to find out if we are going to get a continuation to the downside, a big swing to the downside, just like we did, just like we did in 2021 alt season, just like we did in 2017 alt season. That is an alt season, guys, at the top of the channel, to the bottom of the channel, that is altcoins outperforming Bitcoin, had this pullback, that's what we want, altcoins outperforming Bitcoin, signaling an on risk altcoin rally. They're also able to generate value by creating services, by providing software, by creating content, by essentially becoming an employee for another agent or for a human and doing all of this in a way that is almost entirely autonomous and so for example one interesting project is working precisely on this problem of building a harness that gives an agent the ability to pay for its own compute of whatever resources it needs to continue to exist and then on the other side generate value as a way of continuing to exist as a self-sustaining entity. So there is this somewhat sci-fi future available where many entities that are existing out in the world are fully autonomous and they're entirely run by AI agents, it sounds insane. It sounds like it's not something that could happen anytime soon. But given the exponential curve on which AI is currently on, it is not a stretch to believe that in five years the models will be so smart and so capable that actually going out and creating value in a capitalist society is something that they can very well do.
