Hypothetical example: If that remaining balance was converted at 70% of a low reference price during the recent low-price period, the economics could be significant. At a $1.60 reference price: 70% conversion price = $1.12 $6.44M / $1.12 = about 5.75M shares If those shares were later resold near $2.21: 5.75M Γ $2.21 = about $12.71M Estimated gross spread: $12.71M - $6.44M = about $6.27M
