Following recent posts about UK users KYC, I asked my VIP manager what the intentions were from GoMining about upcoming FCA regulation changes. Below is their answer, which they said they are happy for me to share. --- GoMining is closely monitoring the development of the new regulatory regime for cryptoassets in the United Kingdom (FSMA (Cryptoassets) Regulations 2026 and the final FCA rules published on 30 June 2026). The new regime will come into full effect on 25 October 2027. Until that date, crypto platforms remain subject to the existing FCA requirements, including the financial promotions rules, which GoMining already complies with (risk warnings, appropriateness assessments and a cooling-off period during onboarding).
