Heyyy Guyssss @GenLayer just introduced Unhardcoded. Find out more about it in the video [Spoken audio]: When developers build AI apps, they pick one model and lock it in forever. But what if there was a smarter way where your apps automatically picks the best model for every single request? That is exactly what Unhardcoded does. Hey guys, welcome back to another episode of my GenLayer series where I bring down everything you need to know about GenLayer. So let's get into the topic for today. So now think about it this way. Imagine you always order from the same restaurant no matter what you were craving for whether it's pizza, tacos or fries, you use that same restaurant. That's what hard coding a model is like. You pick GTP or Cloudy ones, you write it into your code and that's what every request uses. Even if a cheaper or smarter model exists for that specific tax. And every time a better model comes out, someone has to go into the code and manually swap it. It's slow, expensive, and completely inflexible. So now Unhardcoded fixes this. It's a free open source tool from GenLayer Labs that lets your app choose the right AI model automatically for every single request based on the rules you set. Instead of saying use GPT, you say use the cheapest model that is smart enough for this task and doesn't log my data. Unhardcoded then looks at all the available models in real time. Filters out the ones that don't meet your rule, ranks the ones that do, picks the best one and run your request through it, all using your own API keys on your own infrastructure. Three things powers the whole system. First, policies. This is your rulebook for every request. You can say things like, must be smarter than 0.5 intelligence core, must support images, must have 200,000 second context window. The system filters and picks automatically. Second, workflows. You can chain multiple steps together, like first use a cheap model to categorize the requests, then a smarter model to draft the response, then a privacy-enforced model to check it before anything goes out. Each steps picks its own best model. Third, we have traces. Every decision is recorded. You can see exactly which models were considered, which ones were rejected and why, and which one actually ran. It works with any open AI-compactable SDK, it's MIT licensed, and your data never touches a third party. If you're building with AI, this is what's checking out. Head over to onhardcodel.com. So that's it for today, guys. Thanks for watching and see you in the next video. Bye.

for years, blockchain validators have answered one simple question: did this happen? @GenLayer is exploring a different question: what does this mean? instead of only checking facts, each validator looks at the same task, reviews the evidence, and reaches its own conclusion.

A Venn diagram titled "EQUIVALENCE" illustrates three overlapping circles labeled "The work meets the requirements," "The task was completed successfully," and "All contractual conditions were satisfied," with their intersection shaded and marked "SAME MEANING" as three stick figures point toward it. The diagram visually supports the post's message about blockchain validators shifting focus from verifying facts to understanding semantics, showing how multiple parties independently converging on the same interpretation creates true equivalence.

Not every real world decision has one correct answer Technology should be able to handle nuance instead of forcing everything into yes or no That's what makes this space interesting @GenLayer

One million decisions. Not clicks. Not transactions. Decisions. @GenLayer has officially surpassed 1,000,000 trustless on-chain decisions, with over 1,000,010 completed and roughly 20–25K new decisions processed every day. At first glance, it's an impressive statistic. But
