Is there any expert using @ether_fi visa who can tell me why I completed the payment on the 23rd, but on the 28th I received another identical payment record again, and on 5/28 I was in Japan, so it's impossible for me to have used it in Taiwan? I asked the team and they

The image shows a phone screen displaying two transactions that appear identical. The first transaction took place on the 23rd but ended up being processed again on the 28th due to an error or technical issue, possibly involving cryptocurrency payments for virtual currency services. It seems like someone experienced problems with the payment processing and had to request assistance from the support team at etherfi.com to resolve the issue. The second transaction was made in Japan and is identical to the first one, indicating that it may have been processed before, or it could be a repeating mistake caused by the technical error during the 23rd processing attempt. The image does not provide any specific information about Bitcoin or crypto wallets related to these transactions, so we cannot determine if they are linked with virtual currency services or other cryptocurrency applications.

Have I been scammed? Ether.fi USDT TRC20 deposit address disappeared after I sent funds Hello, A few days ago, while logged into my account in the app on my iPhone, I selected “Add funds” and then “Share your deposit address.” I had downloaded the app directly from the Apple App Store. I chose a USDT address on Tron/TRC20 and sent a deposit to the address shown in the app. The transaction was confirmed on-chain. However, I later saw that the USDT Tron/TRC20 deposit option/address was no longer available in the app. Between the time I generated the address in the app and the time I sent the deposit, I received no warning or notice that Tron deposits were being disabled or were no longer supported.
