: What is everyone doing? It's pretty late : Are they asleep? Studying for their exams? Since it's my birthday, I'd like to let them skip studying for their exams, but I can't do that, so they can do it! They can do it!

32, no completed degree, stuck in customer service and trying to break into IT. Am I making the right move? Hey everyone, I'm 32, turning 33 soon, and I'm honestly getting pretty fed up with where my career is going. I'd really appreciate some outside perspective, especially from people who have made a career switch into IT or started their careers without a degree. A bit of background: I live in the Netherlands and my highest completed education is VMBO-Kader, basically high school. I've tried several MBO-4 programmes (associate’s degree) and even HBO programmes (bachelor’s degree), but never graduated. The thing is, I never felt that the material itself was beyond my abilities. I understood it just fine. I struggled more with performance anxiety and taking exams.
