I wanted to make this post not only to give feedback but kinda start a discussion about the real difference between Fidelity and other investment services/apps I've used. I contacted Fidelity support about a week ago maybe a little less, and the one thing that was immediately clear to me was Fidelity doesn't outsource their Client Support and Care Operations which has made me appreciate this company a lot more. Why do I say this? I used Robinhood for a good chunk of my time and when you request a call-back to talk to a agent from their team. You reached some outsourced call center agent who isn't very helpful and in my experience refuses to transfer you to a US based licensed agent or even a supervisor if you wanna complain.

People constantly argue that the market is in a bubble, yet corporate earnings have continued to grow alongside major indexes. What I don’t understand is why people are so quick to call everything a bubble without even considering the earnings growth supporting them. We’re nowhere near the P/E ratios seen during some historical bubbles, and companies in indexes like the S&P 500 and QQQ are regularly evaluated and eventually replaced if they no longer meet the criteria, ensuring ONLY the strongest companies make it in.
