Over the past few months I've noticed a significant increase in hold/wait times over the phone and via chat when attempting to connect with you for support. In chat, I'm consistently waiting 15+ minutes. Today, it's been an hour, 61 minutes in fact. Phone support isn't much help either. Hold times are also long and when I do reach someone their accent is so thick I have great difficulty communicating with them. I've also found that most reps over the phone and chat aren't R4 trained so I often have to wait even longer to be transferred and reach a rep if I have an issue with your new 6C/10C line. I now dread when I get an issue with an Enphase system I need to contact Support to review or resolve. My question: WTH is going on?

My question is, do I buy a mint 1-2 owner 9th gen with low miles or do I buy a 11th gen (2015-2017 is within the budget but almost the same miles as some of the 9th gen’s im finding ).
