What's your personal checklist before trusting an exchange or swap service with a transaction? I've been going down the rabbit hole of comparing exchanges and instant swap services lately (fee structures, spreads, withdrawal policies) and realized I don't actually have a systematic way to judge whether a service is trustworthy before I use it — I mostly go by "have I heard of it before", which I suspect is a terrible heuristic given how many sponsor-read ads I've heard them in.
