Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, Braintree, Checkout.com, Paddle, Chargebee, a regional gateway, or something else: the adapter sits behind one interface, so the product does not have to change when the provider does. If a provider is the wrong fit, I can design a closed local crypto or virtual-balance system, with balances, transfers, and an event log you can reconcile. I have worked with crypto since 2017. In this context that means signatures, event integrity, and a ledger that closes at the end of the month, not a token launch.
