Autism and ADHD traits appear to follow different social paths to mental health problems. Autistic traits were linked to peer difficulties, internalizing problems, but not to academic struggles. ADHD traits were linked to externalizing problems and higher levels of academic difficulties.

Full body training, fasted cardio, 3 meals a day with no snacks… my protocol to enjoy good food and stay in shape.

I'm sure that some mental illnesses cannot be treated with medication. We can't agree on this. It's not possible for these feelings to ease without the problems and the anxieties stemming from those problems disappearing. I know now that I can't be at zero.

Diluted drug test. Need help. I was recently accepted to a job that requires a drug screening. I thought no problem as I’ve never taken a drug in my life. The job’s HR people just called me and said that there was a false positive due to dilution. They said I can retake it one more time, but if it’s diluted again my acceptance will be rescinded. I asked if there were any other alternatives to the urine test that I took the first time (and didn’t drink a crazy amount of water either so idk how it was diluted) so they put in for a saliva test. My question here is there anything I can do beforehand to make sure this isn’t another false positive? Obviously it won’t come back positive as I’m not on drugs, but I only have one more shot they said. Any help on this is appreciated. Pretty nervous now as I’ve already left my previous job for this.
