Haiku 5.5 is now available in the Claude Platform and Claude Code. On average, it costs around 75% less to run than Haiku 4.5. It pairs well with Opus 5.5 or Sonnet 5.5 as a subagent. Use it for high-volume, cost-sensitive tasks like summaries, compactions, or database queries.

It’s not Tesla that’s running the campaign. It is customers asking to be able to allowed basic safety features their car already supports. Americans already have fully driverless Teslas in several cities. I don’t think ADAS in Europe will be the end of the world. Shame on

A Reuters X post reports that Tesla is running a social-media campaign blaming European traffic deaths on red tape in approving its 'Full Self-Driving' tech, with experts saying its safety claims don't hold up but regulators are starting to buckle. The accompanying image features a graphic with a Tesla vehicle, EU stars, and a quote from Marco Benedetti of the University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute: "When you start getting into 'lives saved,' that's where it gets nonsensical." The user's comment counters Reuters' framing, arguing that customers—not Tesla—are behind the campaign, and that Americans already have fully driverless Teslas in several cities, so ADAS in Europe shouldn't be controversial.

Using AI agents for sales Alot of sales automation still seems concentrated around outreach but I’m more interested in what happens when agents can work across the rest of the revenue process like finding the right accounts, understanding what is happening in pipeline and deciding which opportunities deserve attention feels like a much bigger use case than generating another email. What I’m trying to understand is how useful they become when they have enough context to make those decisions across the sales process. I came across Monaco while looking into this since its agents work across the CRM and account data, but I’m still curious where people are finding the line between work an agent can genuinely move forward and decisions that still need someone involved.

I've been building a drone synthesizer called LILI-4, heavily inspired by LYRA-8. The routing is very LYRA but I've added things like wavetable and sampler voices. MVP with Grok, try it in tunes, tweak some more. It's a really fun iteration loop.

What app or service do you wish you had to make your routine easier? I'm a software/game programmer, and lately I've been noticing how many small businesses still run on spreadsheets, group chats and duct-taped tools, even though there's an app for everything. For those of you running a business: what's one part of your day that eats way more time than it should? Is it invoicing, scheduling, inventory, follow-ups, something else? And have you found a workaround that actually works, or do you just live with it? I'd like to hear what's been annoying you most.
