Is Deriv scamming or is this common I have for the past two days been attempting to withdraw money from Deriv and funny enough when I do it asks for an OTP sent to my email, except the OTP never arrives. I have contacted support long ago (had the same issue last week but left it as is after no response) but now I have profits actually worth withdrawing and is this some sort of way they are doing to basically scam me out of the withdrawal? The interesting part is that when you log a support ticket they send you an OTP via email and that I receive just fine and immediately so what exactly is going on here?
