decided to fully web3 and brand designer after quit as an admin accounting, is it bad decision? i worked as an admin accounting for the past 3 years and decided to full time in web3 and build my portfolio in brand design, but i don’t understand until now (which already 2 months) all i got is just “ghost deal” in several projects or companies - i thought after i leave i can fully focus on my full time in web3 but all gone like i did something wrong should i become admin in another company again or still stay in web3 and brand design? i need suggestions from all of you friends thank you.
