Low GPA closed a lot of doors in my life. Granted I always figured it out and will continue to do so but it’s my biggest regret in life. I’m 25 and very very tired of the rat race

What and how to put in my resume when I lost about a decade to depression? After getting an advanced degree I got a entry level job in my field and than was laid off, I really reacted badly and spend time unemployed and then got a blue collar job that did not use my education. I am now trying to get promoted at the company I've worked at for over 10 years. I feel embarrassed by my life and don't know how to present my education or work history before this job. Currently my only idea is not putting the date on my BA degree and leaving out the advanced degree totally. Seriously I need a better job, I know I can do it and feel I've invested a lot in this job even if a promotion might be a way to find a job elsewhere eventually.

What are the group's suggestions on books/ exercises to do to get into this fresh mindset for a new job? Hello, I am an Enterprise services (tech, transformation, professional services, Data and AI services) professional. After 20 years at a large MNC, I was made redundant. I was overworked, tolerated a lot of shit, and was burnt out at the end of it. After applying to 100+ companies, I have got a job at a much larger Global IT MNC, 10% lower pay and role. It has been a hard slog to get it, but I felt that it is better to land a job and start somewhere rather than hold out for a great offer. I am joining them in 10 days. What are some good books to read to get my mindset right? In my last company, I used to act out of fear, and felt like I was bullied.
