is it possible Satoshis wallet was designed so no BTC can be transferred out of it? i mean in a technical sense, of course it would have taken incredible foresight. but is there a way it could have been designed programmatically such that even if it was ever accessed in the future the BTC could never be moved? or if it could be designed such that it could never even be accessed? (the theory being it was designed as a reserve to stabilize BTC in the early years)
