Here's what I do: I launch TWS, enter my username and password, select the Authenticator app, enter the code, click log in, and it just takes me back to the username and password screen. I've tried on multiple PCs and get the same error. I also tried IBKR Desktop and ran into the exact same issue. Just to clarify, I'm a new user, I've created my live account and it's active. I can only log in via the web portal. Is anyone else experiencing this? Thanks
