I'm building a Windows wallet for @MetalBlockchain 's BTCVM. This is a real send: 100 sats, network fee 1 sat. It would still be 1 sat for 0.1 $BTC . It lands in under a second and I sign it with Windows Hello. No channels to open, same bc1 addresses as Bitcoin.
