Frozen funds in Binance, support is not helpful. Advice? Hey guys! My deposit made in August was accepted to my Binance account and frozen the same day. My account remains active (EU id), but I cannot access or use these funds. The main issue: "Potential reasons for freezing may include security concerns or potential violations of our Terms of Use." I have contacted support multiple times, but till today I did not received any details, expected review timeframe, or written decision, even though I offered to provide supportive docs. “Try later”, “24–96 hours” or “3–4 weeks” is not a customer service.
