Whats up with my account? Support hangs up on me and my number is blocked? So, small stakes here, but important nonetheless: First, coinbase cancelled my debit card (they said it had appeared in a data breach?). Said they were mailing out a new card and i could use my virtual card. Fine. Its been weeks and the card has not arrived despite supposedly having been mailed weeks ago. Today, a small charge to my account was declined due to "insufficient funds" (according to amazon) yet, there was more than sufficient balance to cover it. So, I called coinbase. The number immediately hangs up, -but only if I call from my registered number-. If I call from another number, it works, but I cant talk to anyone. So I set up to get a call back... they called, I talked to a rep, but when they looked into my purchase after verifying all of my info, they said "it was declined" and then hung up the phone.
