I sold off all my bitcoin at break-even and I wish I didn't I had $80k invested in BTC total. Bought in at $55k with a few batches in 2024 then a couple more batches at $70k. Then BTC spiked to $85k then $95k. Was mad that I didn't buy more at $85k and vowed to buy if it dipped. It finally dipped back to $85k and I bought a huge batch... then came the crash. After several months (just a few weeks ago), BTC finally began to recover in the $70k range. I was at break-even now. My $85k losses at the top were offset by the gains from my early $55k batches. Then came the news of the looming Clarity Act and fed rate hikes. No one knew what would happen, but many predicted BTC would tank even further if Clarity failed and the feds hiked the rates. I was in a bad spot BTC-wise. That stupid top buy at $85k was killing me. If BTC tanked, it would be ages before I would recover and I was tapped-out money-wise to buy more. It seemed that my only option was to sell it all at a mere $2.5k gain and bet that it would crash lower so I could buy back in. So I did it... sold it all. What happened next? It pumps to $85k not even a damn week later. What the f.....????
