Coinbase customer service is a joke I have been locked out of my account for a week now all because I changed my password. None of my 2fa would work so I verified my ID to get back into my account. Nothing happened for 2 days so I did it again. I called, and was told to just wait 24 hours and it'll be good. Nope didn't work so I call back 2 days later and I'm told to take a picture with my ID and "for Coinbase verification" on a piece of paper. She gives me a case number in an email to call back with so someone can review it right away instead of having to wait. Now I call back and I cannot get past the damn ai bot. It literally will try to say anything it can to NOT connect you to an operator. The coinbase phone number shouldn't be so hard to find, either. Oh and the toll free Ai bot is different and will never fucking connect you, don't even try. They don't even understand your issue no matter what you say. They tell me to go to Coinbase.com and sign in to speak to a representative. I CAN'T SIGN IN.
