They sold my positions when I said not to. :( I've been a Fidelity customer for about 20 years and had a pretty frustrating experience this week. I agreed to begin moving an account into Fidelity's managed program, but specifically told them I did not want my TSLA, FBTC or FETH positions sold. All three positions were subsequently liquidated. The cash wasn't immediately available for me to repurchase the positions, and by the time it became available the investments had increased in price. Fidelity's proposed resolution so far has been to waive the $29 commission to repurchase Tesla.
