Subject: Locked Out After Losing My Phone — Need Another Verification Option Hi Coinbase Support, I’ve been a Coinbase user for a long time, and I’m getting really frustrated with the account recovery process. I lost my phone, and I normally use SMS two-factor authentication. Because I no longer have access to that phone number/device, I can’t receive the text message code and I’ve basically been locked out of my account. What I don’t understand is why I can’t verify myself through email or another recovery method. I still have access to my email account. I’m also being asked to complete identity verification using documents and a webcam, but I currently do not have access to a webcam.
