Why CRO Is Up Almost 10% Today and Why It Might Be More Than Just Bitcoin Woke up and saw CRO up almost 10% and honestly I don’t think it’s one specific thing. Bitcoin is obviously a big part of it. BTC pushed back over $85K and whenever Bitcoin starts moving like that, the rest of the market usually wakes up too, especially something like CRO. One thing that really stood out to me though was oil dropping. Lower oil can calm inflation fears a little and make people more comfortable putting money back into riskier stuff. That could be part of what helped Bitcoin get moving, then once BTC started running you had shorts getting squeezed and adding even more fuel. CRO also has a couple things going for it specifically. Cronos Labs just launched the new Ult app, so there’s fresh attention around the ecosystem. Then almost at the same time the SEC gave temporary approval for certain platforms to start trading tokenized U.S. stocks on-chain. That’s a pretty major step and something we really haven’t seen the U.S. market open up to like this before. So maybe it’s lower oil, Bitcoin breaking out, shorts getting squeezed, the new app, tokenization getting a green light… probably a little bit of everything. Either way, nice thing to wake up to 😂 now let’s see if it holds.
