Cant Replace Card Let's all be real for a minute. Coinbase CS service sucks....Been on an endless loop of phone calls and transfers all AM. Coinbase will not let me replace my physical coinbase card. Cs service tells me "We have to use the app" which i"ve done 10 previous times to try. They then transfer me to Coinbase Cs support who does same exact thing and when it doesnt work, they transfer me back to card support which restarts the whole we have to use the app cycle again. When I explain I already have they say lets try once more or act like I dont know what Im doing. At wits end with coinbase all together..They take a simple task and complicate it until it turns into a multi day event..
