Locked Out of My Account. Customer Support is Terrible I recently attempted to deposit cash in my account via ACH with the same bank account I've used for years on Coinbase. Coinbase blocked it. I then attempted to connect a debit card but my bank blocked that. My account was then frozen. I used the chat support and was told to use the automated identification system. I attempted that several times using my valid driver's license but the system denied it. I've tried it at least 20 times on both mobile and desktop. The support team told me, via a specialist, to upload a selfie with my ID and the date. I did that. It has been over a week and I've heard nothing. I tried support again and they told me to do the automated identification again. I haven't even been able to get a reason as to why this has happened. I have since reopened an account on another exchange, but I have funds on Coinbase that I want to recover.
