What actually happened when we switched from a big agency to a smaller team Small crypto project, I do marketing here. Last year in May we signed with one of the big ones. I found them the boring way, I googled best crypto marketing agency and read the same listicles everybody reads. 18k per month for content, KOL and PR. After the first three months we talked only with an account manager, and every small change took a week. In February we did not renew. We took a small team for 6k per month, no account manager, I talk directly with the person who writes. Before is the last 6 months with the agency, after is March to August.
