Bybit restricts accounts even if you follow their Live Support instructions (My case: 42 days of silence and regulatory escalation) Hello everyone, I am writing this post to share a critical warning about compliance risks and how an exchange can freeze your funds even when you act in complete good faith and strictly follow their official employee instructions. The Context: My account was completely frozen on July 30, 2026. Inside, a substantial portion of my life savings is locked (approximately 29k USDT and 0,38 BTC). Since then, I have been facing absolute silence from the compliance department, which has repeatedly violated all its own response deadlines. The Support Error (Why this is unfair): The most absurd part of this situation is that before executing the specific transaction that triggered the automated freeze, I contacted Live Support on July 28, 2026 after it was rejected. I provided the destination address to the agent and explicitly asked why it was rejected coz there was no e-mail or error msg.
