Companies or Individuals selling info and having misleading Advertising Hello everyone. I think a lot of people here already know that there are many companies and or people that are advisors etc for day trading or forex or crypto etcetera. It's very common in that industry that the sellers use misleading advertising. I had run into a situation and I found proof that the advertising was misleading so I felt obligated and I filed a complaint with the FTC and the that the company was based in with the Attorney General. AG handles companies targeting consumers with misleading financial or professional training advertisements. Once the complaint is filed it goes in a database that is available to other federal and state authorities and if there is enough complaints possibly even a few These agencies will take action. So if you run into a situation and you have evidence it's up to you to file. Thank you!
