Moonpay. Used to be reliable, now a complete scam Been a user for a couple of years. Mostly been selling crypto in exchange to cash. Yesterday deposited crypto to their wallet expecting another transaction to be completed but instead the trade stuck for a day, and after multiple messages to support it changed to unsuccessful. I was proposed a refund but here's the caveat: they won't accept any of the legit wallets. Support just tells me that someone will get back to me, and they never do. Money are just being kept on their end. Absolute scam.
