Leverage actually made me more disciplined trading BTC I used to avoid leverage on Moon completely because I assumed it would just make me trade more recklessly. Weirdly it’s been the opposite. Since I started using small leverage like 2x or 3x, I’m way more selective with entries, I actually define my stop before getting in, and I don’t randomly average down just because BTC moved against me. With spot I was way too comfortable letting mediocre trades sit there because technically I could just hold forever. Obviously higher leverage can get stupid fast, but using a little bit has probably improved my risk management more than anything else I’ve tried.
