weird chicken and egg problem been chewing on this after reading some posts, xrpl defi needs more users and deeper liquidity before anyone's gonna take it seriously. but a lot of xrp holders aren't putting meaningful part into any of it until it already has more users, deeper liquidity, and some kind of track record. so who actually moves first here, genuinely asking. feels especially obvious with lending specifically. people say they want more utility and I get the appeal, if you're already holding for years anyway, earning something on part of it instead of leaving all of it idle makes sense on paper. but then you get to the actual risk side of it. how does a lending market hold up when xrp drops 30% in a couple days. what happens to collateral getting liquidated in that scenario.
