How would you turn a crypto trading bot into a subscription-based business model? We recently worked with a professional crypto trader who was already using a trading bot and wanted to turn that experience into a profitable business model. The interesting part was that the challenge wasn’t really building the bot. It was figuring out how to monetize it.
