For context, we're a small professional trading firm. We've been active in crypto for years, regularly deal with exchanges and counterparties, and are very familiar with KYC/AML reviews. This isn't our first compliance request and we're not talking about a new retail account with unexplained activity. Bybit has restricted access to a significant balance and we've gone through repeated requests for information, provided documentation, explained the transactions, and repeatedly asked what exactly remains outstanding.
